I'm seeing more and more references to David Allen's methodology commonly called "Getting Things Done," much of the thought of which is found in his book of the same name.
Any of you read it? I've been looking at some desktop apps that adhere to the principles of GTD, and they seem like they could be of great use to someone like myself, who has the attention span of an overstimulated housecat.

Dad recovering from back surgery, in-laws 50 miles from epicenter of earthquake in China. Shel working at Anthropologie. Playing GTA IV and Rock Band.

Wait -- here's something I've wanted to ask: any ideers for a visual makeover to this blog? It's been more or less the same thing for two years now.
I already got rid of blog and external site links. After all, who really cares? I never use them -- I use browser bookmarks (or Google Reader) instead.
