• Weaknesses: Poor planner. Procrastinator. Ineffective delegation. Lone-ranger mentality. Poor at taking amazing ideas and translating them into practical project plans.

No surprises, folks. I have to get the planning piece down, and am trying to figure out a way I can do that here at 36. Can I really learn to do it differently?
