Lazy day in Oak Park
7.02.2009
So today was a day off. I did a whole bunch of nothing, including:
I've adopted the habit of solving technical glitches with elevator music, or with the sound of white noise cutting in and out. I wonder, however, if I am going to have to take more drastic measures here.
Nah, those guys are probably just being self-deprecating.
I hope.
- Sleep in.
- Get a haircut (Got 'em all cut!).
- Talk to all the Wunder Women, somehow.
- Commence editing what I understand to have been a technical trainwreck of a podcast in the form of JPAG Show Episode 42. I was out of town, obviously, and a friend agreed to record the show. One of the guests had serious connection problems, though, and it also sounds as if the overall focus of the show slipped here and there. I've been putting it off, but I have to work on it. I have a whole 'nother episode waiting for editing after that, and we record Episode 44 in two days. Ugh.
- Play some more Prince of Persia, and then some Rock Band with my wife. That game is so fun.
- Scored a free download of a Fallout 3 expansion pack, from a fellow JPAGer. Woot!
- Took a nap with Shel and kittehz.
- Watched a few episodes of Arrested Development, which I cannot believe I have missed until now. David Cross and Will Arnett are beyond hilarious.
